The Newsletter of Eurac Research is distributed exclusively to those who have requested it. Please use the form on this page to request the newsletter.
The data provided will be stored and processed electronically for the sole purpose of distributing the newsletter and for statistical purposes. It will be stored exclusively for the purpose of providing the service as long as it is available or you remain subscribed to it.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for the purposes indicated above is your consent to the processing of your personal data.

Your personal data may be processed by adequately trained persons who have access to personal data and act under the authority of the Data Controller or Data Processor (e.g. for our newsletter service: Newsletter2Go, Köpenickerstr. 126, Berlin, see below), adequately trained.
There are no automated decision-making processes that could produce an adverse legal effect or have a similar significant negative impact upon you.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, or to limit its processing at any time. In addition, you have the right to data portability, and to lodge a complaint inter alia with the competent supervisory authority (Garante della Privacy http://www.garanteprivacy.it/). When data processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. You may exercise the above-mentioned rights and all other rights pursuant to current data protection regulations (art. 15 et seq. GDPR) by writing an email to privacy@eurac.edu.
Some of your personal data may be transferred to Recipients established inside the European Economic Area (EEA). The Data Controller ensures that the processing of personal data by these Recipients is carried out pursuant to the applicable law.
We use Newsletter2Go to send our newsletter to our subscribers. As part of your subscription, your data will be communicated to and processed by Newsletter2Go in its function as Data Processor. Newsletter2Go is a service provided by Newsletter2Go GmbH, Germany. The data that is collected when you register for the newsletter (i.e. email address, full name, IP address, and time and date of registration) will be sent to a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany and stored there in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.
