Registration & Fees

(1) Students (under 35) regularly enrolled in a University programme.

(2) We reserve a special fee for participants from lower income countries (OECD, DAC List of ODA Recipients), School Classes & Corporate Groups; please contact agritourism@eurac.edu .

(3) Valid for only 1 day and for participants from regions close by South Tyrol.

All authors must register prior to the event by following the indicated registration deadlines (guest and accompanying persons included).
Excursions on Friday afternoon and Saturday are NOT included in the registration fee and need to be paid extra. It is possible to sign up and pay on site during the first two days of the congress.
The participation fee does NOT cover: Accommodation, travel costs and other expenses not listed;

Book of abstracts;
Access to all congress sessions;
Access to the networking area (including the exhibition zones);
Wi-Fi internet access during the congress period;
Ice Breaker Party, Congress Dinner, lunches and coffee breaks indicated in the programme;
A technical excursion on Thursday, 9. (to be registered beforehand)

Have to pay 150 Euro and register accordingly within the deadlines;
Are allowed to participate at lunches and coffee breaks indicated in the Programme;
Have free access to the WLAN at Eurac Research during the congress period;
Participate at Ice breaker party, Congress dinner and technical excursion together with their partner;

In case of a cancellation after 1st November 2018, the organizers will refund the participation fee minus 20% and minus the incurred costs.
