* A practitioner is a farmer (or member of his/her/their family, or active employee on the farm involved in the agritourism business) running an agritourism establishment.


(1)  Students (under 35) regularly enrolled in a University programme, under presentation of enrolment proof.
(2)  We reserve a special fee for participants from lower income countries (OECD, DAC List of ODA Recipients), and Italian Agritourism Associations members. 
(3)  Valid for only 1 day and for participants from regions close by South Tyrol.
(4)  Only “passive” participation (webinar mode) with the possibility to ask questions via chat.

Important Information

  • All participants must register prior to the event by following the indicated registration deadlines (guest and accompanying persons included).
  • Excursions and congress dinner are NOT included in the registration fee and need to be paid extra.
  • The participation fee does NOT cover: Accommodation, travel costs and other expenses not listed.

The Congress registration fee includes:
  • Digital Congress Programme and Book of Abstracts.
  • Access to all Congress sessions.
  • Access to the networking area (including the exhibition zones).

One-Day registration fee includes:
  • Digital Congress Programme and Book of Abstracts.
  • Access to the Congress sessions of the chosen day.
  • Congress coffee breaks and lunch.
Accompanying persons:
  • Participate, Congress dinner (charged extra) and technical excursion together with their partner.
  • Congress coffee breaks and lunches.

Cancellation Policy

  • In case of a cancellation after 1st May 2024, the organizers will refund the participation fee minus 20% and minus the incurred costs.
